  Try any of the beers on offer from this small (growing) but prolific brewery. 'Bluesbreaker' comes highly recommended - as Tina Turner screeched out years back "Simply the best"!!! All I can say is recommended. Get in touch, as he not only sells trade cask to pubs all over the North West, he also offers his very tasty brews in bottles. Shane has a fully stocked on-site tap room and bottle shop, so and you can buy fresh cask-ale to drink in the tap or take home to drink at home. Head Brewer and owner, Shane, is a very friendly, easy going chap, full of expertise and beer and food advice. Ask about the beer/food couplings. He'll have your mouth watering in no time. He also caters for parties and goes the extra yard to help you out, I heard he even went down a mine to cater for a party of pot-holers - crackers!
